1. General Provisions
Slice values legality, transparency, information security, and good faith in providing its platforms, systems, and technology solutions.
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to establish the general conditions for accessing and using the websites, platforms, systems, applications, APIs, and other technology solutions provided by Slice, especially those operated under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, in our own environment.
This document must be read and interpreted together with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, both being complementary and inseparable.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any of Slice's services, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
If the user does not agree, in whole or in part, they must refrain from using the platforms and services.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Slice: a company that provides technology solutions for the reconciliation and organization of information related to card operations.
- User: an individual or legal entity that accesses or uses Slice's services.
- Platform: the set of systems, applications, interfaces, APIs, and features offered by Slice.
- Personal Data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, pursuant to Law No. 13.709/2018.
4. Subject Matter of the Services
Slice provides technology services for the reconciliation, organization, visualization, and analysis of operational data related to credit and debit cards.
Slice is not a financial institution, is not a payment institution, does not process financial transactions, does not hold custody of funds, does not grant credit, and does not intermediate payments.
5. Eligibility and Registration
Use of the platform is restricted to users who are legally capable or legal representatives of legal entities.
The user undertakes to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
The user is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.
6. Proper Use of the Platform
The user undertakes to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes compatible with its intended use. It is expressly prohibited to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Violate the rights of third parties
- Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
- Interfere with the technical operation of the systems
- Perform reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized automation
7. Third-Party Integrations
The platform may integrate with third-party systems, APIs, and services. Slice is not responsible for failures, unavailability, policies, or practices of such third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, layouts, trademarks, reports, databases, and features are the exclusive property of Slice or its licensors.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.
9. Processing of Personal Data
The processing of personal data occurs in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, in compliance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD). Data may be processed for:
- Contract performance
- Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation
- Regular exercise of rights
- Legitimate interests, where applicable
10. Information Security
Slice adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. The user acknowledges that no system is absolutely immune to risks.
11. Suspension and Termination of Access
Slice may suspend or terminate the user's access at any time in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the platform
- Legal or judicial determination
Termination does not release the user from pending legal or contractual obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
Slice is not liable for:
- Decisions made by the user based on the information provided
- Damages arising from improper use of the platform
- Failures arising from external factors or beyond its reasonable control
Any liability is limited to the terms of applicable law.
13. Indemnification
The user undertakes to indemnify Slice for any losses, damages, fines, or expenses arising from the improper use of the platform or from the breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
Slice may change these Terms of Use at any time by publishing the updated version on its official channels.
15. Communication
Communications may take place by electronic means, including institutional e-mail or notifications on the platform.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
The courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle any disputes arising from this instrument. The user expressly consents to the jurisdiction of that forum and waives any other, however privileged it may be or become.
